New Website for Stressless Furniture + Kudos

Stressless is a luxury furniture brand from Norway. They are one of the most famous brand of sofas and recliners in the world today. Kudos Home & Design is one of the largest Stressless furniture retailers in Canada.

We're very excited to unveil this website today. Not only because we love the way this project turned out, but also because this is our very first BDQCustom CMS website. BDQCustom CMS is a soon-to-be open-source CMS created by BDQWorks. It is designed to be fast as possible and the intention is to make every BDQCustom CMS unique for each customer. BDQCustom will be written entirely in the Kohana PHP framework language.

About the Client - Kudos Home & Design
Kudos Home & Design is one of our most loyal clients from January 2011. We've been doing a lot of work for them over the past year and all of our work have been incredibly successful for them. In fact, they have been doing so well since working with us, they're opening a second location for the first time and they have been implementing more internet/website marketing ideas (like this one) to their operations.

About the Client - Ekornes Stressless
Stressless is one of Kudos' best selling furniture brands. Stressless is mostly well known in Norway and the European market but it is also famous throughout the world as well. Kudos is one of the largest retailers of Stressless furniture in Canada and they also have the largest Stressless furniture gallery in the GTA area/Ontario.

About the Website
The idea for this website originated when Kudos noticed the low bounce rates for keywords related to "Stressless" on their monthly internet marketing report. This resulted in conversations, and it eventually started a project for Kudos and Stressless to promote the Stressless furniture.

This was not just a simple website design project, but also an internet/website marketing initiative. The goal of this project was to generate more interest in Stressless furniture, promote sales and improve website traffic using this new Stressless + Kudos website.
