Proposal & meeting
After a brief conversation over the phone and e-mail, we will meet face-to-face with your company. During our meeting, we will give you a detailed proposal that we created using the information we learned from our conversations. This proposal will include the estimated timeline and all the details for your project.
Contract signing
The project will officially start when both parties sign the contract. This contract protects you from making sure that all of our commitments and project expectations will be fulfilled on (or before) the due date stated in the contract. This contract does not force you to pay and you are free to cancel the project at any time.
Previews & summary of work report
Every week we will send at least 1 updated website preview and a brief report that lists all of the work that we've done on that week.
Weekly phone calls and/or face-to-face meetings
We work together with our clients. At least once per week, we will schedule a phone conversation and/or face-to-face meetings with your company. We will discuss the project progress, ask questions and hear any new ideas that your company may have related to the website project.
Website training & lessons
We make websites for the visitors and also for the administrators who will update and maintain the website. Once the website is finished, we will sit down with your company's marketing or website development team and provide personal lessons on how to use the new website CMS and the modules we created for them.
If you prefer to have us update and maintain the website for you, we'd be more than happy to provide that service as well.
Quality assurance
The foundation of BDQWorks has always been the quality in everything we design and develop. We will make sure that there are no bugs or errors in our work when your company's new website is live.
We also offer (1) year warranty on all of our programming codes (as long as it was not tempered with.) If our programming code breaks of fails at any time within one (1) year, we will fix it for free.
Going live
After many tweaks and revisions, we will upload your website for the whole world to see.
